  Crosspost records a bank transfer inside Xero that you match to your real payout. It holds no bank login and cannot move money.

• It never sees your customers' card details.

  Crosspost only receives Zapper's settlement summaries: daily totals and fees, never card numbers. Card data stays with Zapper.

• It never posts silently.

  Every entry and transfer it posts carries a clear Zapper reference. If something can't post cleanly it's flagged on your dashboard, not hidden.

• Create and read the money-in and money-out entries it posts in the Zapper Balance account.

• Record the settlement transfer that matches your payout.

• Read your chart of accounts and add a single “Zapper” contact, so entries map to the right places.

• Stay connected so the daily sync runs without you signing in each time.

No payroll, no files, no access to anything outside these. You can review and revoke Crosspost’s access at any time from Xero’s connected-apps settings.

Built by a Xero development partner. Crosspost connects through Sign in with Xero, the same authorisation your accountant already uses, and asks for the minimum permissions it needs to do the bookkeeping. You can revoke it from Xero at any time.

  Your Zapper and Xero connection credentials are encrypted before they are stored, and are never kept in plain text or written to logs.

• Summaries of what we posted

  Daily totals and fees, and a record of activity, so the same day is never posted twice.

Crosspost is operated from South Africa under POPIA, on reputable global cloud infrastructure. A current list of providers and the full detail live in our privacy policy.

  Before anything posts to your live books, you review and approve the first historical import once.

  Every entry sits in your Xero with a Zapper reference you and your accountant can trace.

• You can leave anytime.

  Revoke Crosspost's access from Xero's connected-apps settings and cancel your plan. Your books stay exactly as they are.
