Free audit
Find out what the manual work is actually costing you.
We look at how work moves through your business and put a rand figure on the parts that should not need a person. It costs nothing, and if the numbers do not justify a build, we will say so rather than sell you one.
How it works
- 01
You tell us what is eating the time
A few sentences. What the process is, how often it happens, and who does it.
- 02
We look at it properly
Usually a short call. Sometimes a look at the actual systems, if that is faster than describing them.
- 03
You get a number, in writing
What the process is costing you now, what it would cost to fix, and how long before it pays for itself.
What it is not
- It is not a sales call with a different name on it.
- If automation will not pay for itself in your case, we will tell you, and that is that.
- You are not obliged to buy anything, and we do not chase.
- If the answer is a setting in software you already own, we will point at the setting.
Start the audit
Four questions, and the first one is the only one that really matters.
What happens if you go ahead
Two numbers, and you see both before anything starts.
The build is priced on the work involved and fixed before we begin, so there is no meter running.
The monthly is priced on what the automation gives back. It covers monitoring, fixes when a vendor changes something, a couple of hours of changes each month, and a one page report showing what ran and what it recovered.
How the arithmetic works
Say the audit finds eight hours a week going into supplier payments, reconciliation across three systems by hand, and a tool doing a job an integration does better.
- Time released, 35 hrs
- R 5 775
- Tool no longer needed
- R 900
- Errors and rework, estimated
- R 800
- Recovered each month
- R 7 475
- Build, once
- R 24 000
- Monthly thereafter
- R 2 600
- Break even
- Month 5
Round numbers, for illustration. Not a quote. The hourly cost of R165 assumes a R22 000 salary carrying the usual employer costs, on a 40 hour week. Your figures come out of the audit.
Would rather just talk?
Some problems are quicker to explain out loud than in a form. The contact page has a booking link for a 30 minute call, and it reaches us the same way.
